January 29, 1995 - It was Syuper Bowl Sunday when we went to meet the pups for the first time. They were five weeks old. Diane Turner, the breeder, had picked out "Peggy" for us because she was the most "cuddly." When "Peggy" fell asleep on my lap, the deal was sealed! Rick fell in love with the only male, Bronco, but Bronco was not for sale. We put down a deposit and agreed to come back for the little girl pup in two weeks.
