Halloween Parties are so much fun

Notes:

 I had pictures from two Halloween parties but did not want to do a big spread on each party.  I used the CM victorian
borderline ruler to make an orange divider down the middle.  Decorated it with Halloween die cuts and stickers.  The finished page was delightful.
