Notes:

 I made the wavy lines by using my wavy ruler and then just cut it out.  I traced the letters "Independence day was a blast" and I put little 'wicks' to make certain letters look like firecrackers.  I made blue and red stripes inside the letters and traced a picture of a firecracker from a template.  Made a color copy of the newspaper article (where we spent the 4th) and put it with the page layout
